Enjoy the best of both the wonderful promenade and long sandy beach are 2 minute s walk and the city centre is 3 miles away. Portobello is a historic town and popular seaside resort with excellent amenities including shops supermarkets bars cafe s and restaurants again just a few minute s walk from the apartment. It has lots to offer including indoor pool with fitness centre spa and sauna indoor bowls and tennis courts. There is an excellent day/night bus service into the city centre and easy access to the city by-pass and East Lothian coastline. The ground floor accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with doors to rear garden and en-suite bathroom with WC 1 king-size and 1 room with folding single guest bed. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with feature fireplace Freeview TV DVD and CD player. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: patio garden to the front with garden furniture and rear patio both fully enclosed. Amenities: free on-street parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach shop pub and restaurant within easy walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
